INMATE MAIL

Effective Immediately, personal mail will no longer be accepted by Columbiana County Jail.

All Personal Mail must be addressed in the following manner:

​

INMATE NAME AND NUMBER

C/O Securus Digital Mail Center - Columbiana County
PO Box 1279
Lebanon, MO 65536

​

A return name and address must also be placed on the envelope. Failure to properly address the envelope will result in the mail being returned to the sender.

Once the mail is received at the Securus Digital Mail Center, it will be digitally scanned and viewable on terminals and tablets.

​

Any individual sending personal mail and requests to have the original returned to them must include a self-addressed, stamped envelope included with the original mail.

Note: The facility will continue to accept the following:

• Legal Mail

• Publications & Packages - Directly sent in from a publisher, distributor or authorized retailer (as described in the Inmate Handbook and facility procedure)

• Money Orders if applicable by Columbiana County Jail
